Just passing along an invite from the eastern US.
Last year those of us who gathered to sing with Carolyn at Kirkridge committed to one more strong singing circle in 2017. That weekend will be March 10 through 12, and registration is now open. It will be a time to look back, and to look forward; to celebrate twenty-four years of singing on the mountain and to discern how the songs we have learned and the friendships we have made will carry us into the work ahead. Please come and join us if you can!
As part of its commitment to radical inclusion, Kirkridge maintains a scholarship fund to assist those who are unable to afford the full cost of a retreat. If you find yourself in a time of abundance, we invite you to add an extra donation to your registration this year, to honor Carolyn and to help Kirkridge continue its ministry of support. Kirkridge has agreed that any donations received with registrations for our Singing Circle will be added to the scholarship fund. If you want to join us but find yourself in need of a supplement to make registration possible, please contact Janet Lewis, Registrar at Kirkridge, to learn what is available.
To all the women who have participated in our circles of singing, sharing, and reflection over the years ~ we hope that many of you will gather in March to celebrate all that we have been together and to thank Carolyn for her music and her commitment which have made these circles to be joy and sustenance in our lives.
